However, we do reserve the right to cancel any order based on availability or pricing errors on our site. Availability of products, prices and services are subject to change anytime without notice. Errors will be corrected whenever noticed or discovered. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, promotional code, coupons to correct any error or omissions including after an order has been placed or confirmed.
Order acceptance/confirmation
Your receipt of an order electronically or other form does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order due to any reason. Nutrition Depot Rice village reserves the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). Special pricing or offers are good only while supplies last.
Credit card verification
We reserve the right to verify your credit card and for this we may ask you additional supporting documents. Credit card verification is only done if credit card activity seems suspicious.
Promotions and Gift Certificates
We reserve the right to terminate any promotion at any time with out giving any notice and we are not responsible for stolen or misuse of gift certificates.
Shipping Time
All orders will be shipped within two business days in accordance with selected shipping method. e.g. if you place an order on Friday, expect it to ship by Tuesday. If you order on Wednesday, it will ship by Friday. Time frame for shipping of product is present on Shipping page. By placing order you acknowledge that you know or you have read about the estimated shipping time frame for your product. We are not responsible for (a)delay in shipping by carrier, (b) damaged item(s) received, (c) item(s) not received while tracking number shows item(s) delivered. In any of the above mentioned situations you have to contact directly with the shipping carrier. You may want to request delivery with signature confirmation by putting "Signature upon delivery" in comments section during ordering process to avoid loss of package.
Buyer Vs Laws
It is buyer's responsibility, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable public, local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Nutrition Depot Rice village. Consult your local or state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. By placing an order with us, the buyer is agreed that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that the buyer is of legal age. Nutrition Depot Rice village will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us. Any attempt to falsify information, extortion, entrapment or defraud our company in any way, will be turned over to the proper authorities.
Return/Exchange Policy
All clearance sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for clearance marked items.
We offer a 30 days return policy. Customer may return the merchandise with in 30 days of invoice date, for either a replacement or refund. Returns will be issued in like-kind payment and may take up to 30 days to process. Return or exchange can only be be done if following conditions met:
Get an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) number via email.
The product must be unopened and unused.
Shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.
Credit by the same means payment was made.
All returned item due to invalid address provided by the buyer will be refunded according to our refund policy.
These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Nutrition Depot Rice village and supersedes all previous contracts, offers, agreements and representations.
